issued by the Hakka Affairs Council at Elementary Level or above may be exempted from taking Elementary Hakka (I) and Elementary Hakka (II).\n\n\u203b Those who have passed at Intermediate Level or above may be exempted from Intermediate Hakka (I).\n\n\u203b Those who have passed at Upper-Intermediate Level or above may be exempted from Intermediate Hakka (II).\n\n\u2192 Students must submit a Credit Waiver\/Recognition Application Form to receive exemption.\nElective Courses\nCourses are divided into three major areas, and students must complete at least 8 credits, with at least 2 credits
