Purpose
To cooperate with “Hakka Six Arrows – Youth Hakka strategy” initiated by President Lai, “2025 Global Hakka Youth Exchange Program” aims to provide Hakka youth with an understanding of Taiwan Hakka policies and encourage interaction among the new generation. Hakka Affairs Council expects to reach the goal of cultivating Hakka youth leaders with global vision and local commitment.

Applicant’s Eligibility
I. The Taiwanese and overseas Hakka Youth who are between the age of 18 to 35 (Birth dates between Aug. 24, 1989 – Aug. 23, 2007)
II. The Applicant who has Hakka origin and background, or the applicant regards self as the identity of Hakka.
III. The applicant has the basic language proficiency of Hakka and English.
IV. Experiences in participating in Hakka public affairs or cultural activities are preferred.
Registration and Deadline

III. Applicant can sign up by individual or be recommended by domestic or overseas Hakka organizations, academic institutions, or schools.
