2025 Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Recruitment Poster Organized by the Hakka Affairs Council and hosted by National Taiwan Normal University, the certification includes five levels: Basic, Beginner, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, and Advanced. Basic and Beginner Levels will each have two sessions. The exam dates are September 6 (Saturday) and September 14 (Sunday). The registration period is April 7 to June 9, 2025. Intermediate and Upper-Intermediate Levels will be held twice: The first exam will take place on March 15 (Saturday), with registration from December 23, 2024 to February 3, 2025. The second exam is scheduled for August 3 (Saturday), with registration from June 10 to August 1, 2025. The Advanced Level Certification Exam will be held on October 18 (Saturday), with registration open from June 10 to August 7, 2025.
